“Legal support and implementation of mechanisms for the protection of workers’ rights in the field of employment”, funded by the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation – Tajikistan. Validity period December 2020-November 2021
The goal of the project is to provide legal support for the implementation and development of a mechanism for the protection of workers’ rights in both the formal and informal employment sectors.
Tasks:
- Identification of the main problems faced by workers in Tajikistan (monitoring and questioning);
- Provision of legal assistance and participation in courts;
- Covering issues and making matters resonate;
- Study of legal norms regarding the use of pre-trial and trial procedures, and the effectiveness of legal remedies.
