The public organization “World of Law” has launched the implementation of the project “Strengthening the Capacity of Civil Society Organizations in Tajikistan.” This initiative is carried out with the support of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
The objective of the project is to take measures aimed at ensuring the institutional sustainability of civil society organizations in Tajikistan.
This activity is linked to one of the organization’s key areas of work – providing free legal assistance to the population on issues related to labor legislation.
Within the framework of the project, the following objectives have been set:
- Strengthening staff capacity in understanding and advancing the organization’s vision;
- Development of a strategic plan;
- Strengthening the financial and institutional sustainability of the organization;
- Publication of informational materials explaining the rights and obligations of employees;
- Provision of legal assistance.
