This report presents a comprehensive mapping of initiatives and projects aimed at penitentiary system reform in the Republic of Tajikistan, alongside monitoring of the National Human Rights Protection Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2038.
The mapping was conducted withing the framework of the project “Path to Justice: Strengthening Human Rights through Torture Prevention and Penitentiary System Reform,” funded by the European Union. The project is implemented by the Pubic Organization “World of Law” in partnership with the “Perspectivity Challenge” Foundation.
