
The Russian construction company “TechStroy” refused to send workers from Tajikistan to Russia, even though the company’s representatives had personally selected them in March of this year. The organized group of workers was supposed to be sent to construction sites in Russia back in April. At the same time, “TechStroy” did not have permission to transport migrant workers from Tajikistan, so the company signed a contract with the Tajik company “Olami Sayohat” to arrange transportation of workers from Dushanbe and Khujand.
