On the occasion of Human Rights Day, specialists of the Public Organization “World of Law” conducted an information and awareness-raising campaign aimed at improving the legal literacy of the population.
During the campaign, the organization’s staff engaged with medical institute students and young people, asking questions about fundamental rights and available mechanisms for seeking remedies in case of violations. This approach not only helps assess the level of awareness but also contributes to fostering a culture of respect for human rights in society.
The main objective of the initiative was to strengthen legal awareness and promote the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: equality, dignity, and access to protection mechanisms for everyone.
The event was held withing the framework of the project “Path to Justice: Strengthening Human Rights through Torture Prevention and Refor of the Penitentiary System, with the support of the European Union.
